This is a story of grit, compassion, resilience, community, and fierce friendships. We’re three moms who’ve faced life’s curveballs head-on: single parenting, late nights, balancing careers, and all the tough stuff life throws at you.

We’ve faced the messy hard stuff and remember the days when we had to pull strength out of thin air. Through every challenge, we built a village, one where we laughed, cried, and celebrated each other’s victories, big and small. And somewhere along the way, we realized that our story was more than just survival, it was about building something real. Something lasting.

3 Olives Charcuterie is our next chapter. It’s not just a business to us; it’s our way of giving back to the community that held us together. We’re not doing this to chase after success in the traditional sense. It’s about creating something that embodies the love, grit, and strength that got us here, something that our kids can proudly look at and say, “Our Moms built that.”

We know starting a business comes with challenges…competition, market demands, you name it. But the truth is, we’ve faced tougher odds and we’re not going anywhere.

We’re not just selling charcuterie; we’re sharing a piece of our story… a story that’s rich, resilient, and full of heart. And for every curated workshop we hold, we hope people see that they’re not just buying food; they’re getting a creative experience built on friendship, strength, and love for our families.
